Jen Closs is an amateur foodie living in Vancouver, BC. Jen has always loved to cook and bake but in recent years has become more passionate and involved in the local/whole/seasonal/organic food movement. Jen loves discovering new foods and flavours and finds great satisfaction in creating mouth-watering meals from scratch. She loves to experiment and prefers to look at recipes as templates and inspiration rather than hard and fast rules and more often than not chooses to go without.
In addition to providing nutritious and delicious meals for herself, her husband, and her friends, Jen teaches yoga, loves hiking and being outside, and daydreams about one day building a house in the country with a HUGE kitchen.
